Welcome
Gate 3:16 Outreach Centre is a drop in
centre for homeless people within Oshawa, Ontario.
The Centre was established in 1990 after a group of churches agreed
to take action in helping the unfortunate of Oshawa and the
Durham Region.
Our Mission Statement
Committed to serve, honour and glorify God through its ministry in the Oshawa Community and Durham Region.

has the structure of a family atmosphere.

To institute a system of accountability in the centre for
the purpose of positive behaviour change.
