Financial Support     

Gate 3:16 receives support from churches, denominational grants, corporations, individuals, foundations, and fundraising events. In order to offer this ministry to the hurting and homeless in the community we need your support!

There are three ways to give financial assistance.

  1. Cash or cheque
  2. Through Canada Helps
  3. Pre-authorized Donation

Pre-authorized Donations (PAD)

The PAD plan allows individuals to donate monthly without needing to write or mail a cheque. Each month your gift is automatically deducted from your bank account.

Food Cupboard and Clothing

It is with your help that we can keep our shelves filled.

Our needs include:

  • Coffee and tea
  • Coffee whitener
  • Sugar
  • Powdered milk
  • Pancake mix
  • Syrup
  • Cereal
  • Jam
  • Peanut butter
  • Pasta and pasta sauce
  • Ketchup
  • Mayonnaise
  • Canned soup
  • Beans
  • Tuna
  • Styrofoam plates, bowls and cups
  • Plastic forks, knives and spoons
  • Kleenex and toilet paper
  • Tin foil
  • Garbage bags

Support the Gate

Annual Food Fancy

For every $100 donation to the Food Fancy you receive a $75 tax receipt and a $25 grocery voucher to the store of your liking. This has become an annual event because of its success over the last two years. To participate please contact the office.

Meal Ticket Program

Churches and individuals are invited to support this program by becoming a sponsor. Each day we had our 15 meal tickets to our clients to redeem them at St. Vincent's Kitchen. St. Vincent bills us for $1.25 per meal. Please prayerfully consider supporting this initiative.
